River Flows In You (Yiruma‘s Piano) 1 Hour
2 days ago, I spent almost all day finding an exotic pet, which I will be able to take in one-three years from now. There are plenty of them that are good-looking, but none of them comfortable to live with. By the end of the day, I had about 50 options. About 30 are night animals. And almost all of them are too loud or with other significant problems. Then I decided that the "ordinary" animal is the last variant.
During my search, I found several groups and sites with animal shelters. There are lots of cats or dogs which don't have a home or even a person who can take care of them.
And you know what? This is freaking me out. How come people spend thousands of dollars on a pet while there are so many of them not worse even a bit? One gorgeous kitty lives there for years. And nothing wrong with this cat. No one wants to take some 'shitty cat' when you can take the British one. And this is not about their differences, humans' abilities, equality, humanism or so on.
And another piece of this shitty cake. 20.000 people in one of the groups and they donated less than 100$ for the previous month. Kinda strange when you see everywhere: "Let's help our little friends."
Yeah, I am only a kid and still have faith in people. I know this is only a part of our lives and there are plenty of people who really helps.
My poor language, can't find better constructions and starting to hate those.
Didn't mean to make you feel worse. This podcast has become something like my notes.
Stay calm. Be a person. Peace
