233. Geoff Westmoreland | Rent Is Due Part 2 | The CrossFit Legal Action Group

Geoff Westmoreland is an avid CrossFitter.  He's also been practicing law for over 20 years.  In his practice he represents property owners (landlords) and he discusses best practices for renters, what they should know about negotiations with their landlords and they dive into some of the topics discussed in the previous episode "Rent is Due".  He is also standing up the CrossFit Legal Action Group (CFLAG) that was initiated to help gym owners navigate the legal waters of affiliate ownership.
