Officer Perito arrived first and discovered the 21-year-old driver of the at-fault vehicle crying hysterically. Officer Foy spoke with the woman, who admitted to consuming two glasses of wine and an expresso martini at two separate locations earlier in the evening. After being cleared by EMS, Sgt. Mazza attempted to administer field sobriety tests, but the woman was unable to complete them. She was transported to the Middletown Police Headquarters, where she submitted to a breath alcohol testing. The result was 0.22% BAC. Her list of charges is discussed at the end of the video.
