Michael Gove - strict new measures to tackle the spread of coronavirus.

As far as possible - all of us must now stay at home.  We need a reason to go out - to shop for basic essentials, to exercise once a day, to seek medical care or help someone who is vulnerable - to travel to and from work, but only if absolutely necessary.
