Ep: 14 Punch guilt in the face after crying at the gym

Literally crying at the gym today.... (cue Taylor's new song, "Down Bad") I got a message from a mom that got me thinking I needed to share my thoughts, and it just so happens that inspiration hit me as I was crying, walking away from the gym 10 minutes after I got there.  Tips: What I do when I can't deal.... you might be suprised! I recorded this with my airpods in and now I know not to do that anymore... a bit of an echo.  Chatted about the Transform Retreat and how I updated the info page with the specific workshops I'll be teaching there.
