John looks at areas of dating, walking, getting up from a chair, climbing stairs, rolling over in bed, being dependent on others to help you and what the future holds for you. John gives examples in these areas where he got stuck and solutions on how to get out of them. What John learned was that looking at what sucks in your life is not the way to live an enjoyable one.
