This is a discussion with a poker player who really wanted to correct mistakes, but it was clear he didn't have a framework for how to do that. I'm not talking about a strategic framework. I'm talking about a mindset framework for how to motivate himself through that process. In this clip, you'll hear me demonstrate a psychotherapy model called internal family Systems ifs also known as parts therapy. I hope it resonates with you. If you're someone who's really looking for new frameworks for how to work through mistakes, this is the key skill set that allows you to make the shift from a fixed to growth mindset.
