Do You Really Support Small Business?
How are we supporting other small businesses? Do the actions we take towards other businesses truly support them or is there a silent unintentional sabotage that is happening? Some of the actions I'm going to mention in today's episode actively do not support small businesses and I'd love for you to gently take a look inside and see if you have ever acted this way and how you can change that behaviour. What I'm asking in today's episode is how can we take radical responsibility as small business owners so that we can have conversations that might feel uncomfortable for us, be clear about what we are expecting from other businesses and truly support those businesses in a way that uplifts.
