The Tour starts up again with a bang after the first rest day and today I talk about Cavendish's win on stage 10 (02:15), the race for the GC never taking a day off (15:02), if Ben O'Connor can hang on for a podium finish in Paris and how, despite being touted as having the strongest team in the race, Ineos is failing to impress so far (19:57).  I then do a quick preview of tomorrow's stage, which features a double ascent of Mt.
