In today's episode of the BEYOND YOGA TEACHER TRAINING Podcast, Sandy has a conversation with special guest, Mary Richards exploring the concept of expansion by means of clarification and organization in our lives through the practice of yoga.  Mary Richards, M.S., C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP, began practicing yoga in 1992 and teaching in 2002. Her teaching is informed by the master instructors who have guided her as well as coursework in biosciences and therapeutic movement. She is also a certified iRest Level 1 teacher-in-training. Mary primarily studies with Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., PT. In partnership with Judith and her daughter Lizzie, she offers digital courses in practical anatomy and kinesiology, asana and pranayama techniques, stress resilience, and restorative yoga.
