Parallels of Exodus in Revelation: The Rapture and the 144,000

Nelson Walters explores some of the parallels of the Exodus in the Book of Revelation. Many Christians are unaware that the Exodus account acts as an analogy, or parable of sorts, for the events in Revelation. In fact, the majority of the events in Revelation are analogous to the events of the Exodus. The 10 plagues Moses and Aaron called down upon Egypt are similar in a multitude of ways to the Trumpet and Bowl Judgment. The final plague, the death of the firstborn of the Egyptians in particular has a parallel in the Rapture, and the salvation of the 144,000.
