Episode 1, Part 1: Tara Noonan Amaral of Fidelity

For our big launch, I was fortunate to have caught up with Tara Noonan Amaral, SVP and Head of Talent Acquisition for Fidelity Investments. Tara’s career since graduating from Brown University spans 30 years, with a focus on financial services organizations like JP Morgan Chase, Hewitt Associates (now Aon), New York Life and ADP. She has held client facing business roles as well as internal corporate roles, with an interesting pivot into RPO.
