Clean E-Bikes For All

Senator Tom Umberg (D-Santa Ana) and Calbike Senior Policy Advocate Linda Khamoushian discuss the "E-Bikes for Mobility" bill (now law), SB 400. The bill (law) expands the "Clean Cars For All" program that gave vouchers toward electric cars for older, dirty-emissions car trade-ins. SB 400 allows vouchers for electric bikes, as well.
