15 New Year, New Me?! Why Consistency Is the Key

And I think I've found the answer - CONSISTENCY. Being consistent with your actions seem trivial, yet it is usually the thing we all struggle with the most. I'm not a fan of New Year's resolutions, but no matter what goals you set (and when), consistency is what will help you turn your plans into reality. I've never really been consistent with my actions, so I've decided to change that - not just for 2021, but hopefully, for a lifetime. In today's episode, I'll share my thoughts on why I believe consistency is the key to (any) results, why we find ourselves struggling with being consistent, and I'll share a few tips that I believe can help you (and me as well) to become more consistent.  So what you're waiting for?
