Social media gives us a voice and a platform to share our stories and our battles. It's often encouraging and inspiring seeing people who go through something similar, and if anything, it makes us feel a bit less alone in whatever we're dealing with. But at the same time, social media can become a toxic place for our self-esteem, our perception of what being successful means, our body image, and our eating habits.
