Binge on Self-Love - A podcast by Anna Strnadel - Tuesdays
How many New Year's resolutions have you set in January 2020? How many of them have you actually achieved? Although different studies show that more than 80% of New Year's resolutions fail, we still keep setting them, hoping that this year, things will be different. But usually, they're not. And as the end of the year approaches, we feel often end up feeling like a failure, ruminating over and over why we failed, yet another year in a row. I was no exception. In today's episode, I'm going to share my point of view on why I think New Year's Resolutions are bullsh*t, why we keep failing at them, and what we can do to set goals that we can actually achieve.
