When you know what you're talking about, it helps when speaking with banks. Bankers are not financial advisers, you need to know what you're talking about Relationships- Don't have one-sided relationships with banks, treat them like a business partner and not someone who you only call when you need something. Show them that you care- send cards for holidays, birthdays etc.  Creative Financing Stratagies- BRRR (Buy, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), Cross Collateralization, Construction Loans  Only work with people who see the vision you have.
