After earning a Ph.D. in 1988, Sandeep entered the electronics industry, where he was fortunate to lead incredible teams that invented and built technologies and products that we use every day via cell phones, Bluetooth, mobile-satellite systems, software for cars, and semiconductors. He is a Fellow of IEEE and a named inventor on 180 patents.
