Subscribe to Breakfast & Beyond - a new podcast in which host Tia Tamblyn chats, over breakfast, with guests from Cornwall about the steps they are taking in their work and home lives to embrace sustainability.  Through the series guests cover a range of topics from food to floristry, homewares, fashion, skincare, agriculture, wellbeing and more.  The conversations within this podcast aim to inspire us all to make positive shifts towards a more sustainable lifestyle.    Episodes are released at the end of each month, and Tia shares simple, vegetarian breakfast recipes based on fresh Cornish produce alongside each episode, taking us on a seasonal journey through the year.    In the first episode, Tia talks with Becca Stuart of The Garden Gate Flower Company about her work growing seasonal, organic flowers - and the changes she has made over the past year to keep her business sustainable in the face of Covid-19.  Episode 1 is released on Thursday 25th February 2021.
