Laura studied Chemistry at the University of Kent at both undergraduate and postgraduate level prior to entering the entrepreneurial world. She launched her business in Mindset and Life Coaching and has since managed to successfully scale her business, obtaining clients in the UK and around the world, and featuring in notable pages such as Yahoo Finance @yahoofinance , Business Insider @businessinsider , and Thrive @thrive . Laura talks to us about her journey, why she chose Chemistry at university and why she decided to move away from academia and start her own business. She also talks to us about the mental challenges people tend to face, the importance of taking steps towards progress and what you can do to improve your mindset.
