Born in England, Andy Armstrong competed in many forms of two and four wheeled motor sport before entering the movie business. He began his film career in 1972 in England and France as a vehicle stunt performer. Andy tells us about himself and about his career. We talk about how he got started with being a stunt coordinator, the time he became a stuntman, his first show and the highlight of his career. We then talk about directing action sequences as well as preparing one for the Amazing Spider Man film. More talk of movies as Andy shares with us what his favorite movie of all-time is. He then goes on to talk about some gripes he has within the movie industry. He also talks about what he finds to be the “big thing” in every film. Much later in we talk about the reason behind his retirement and some problems that crop up when working with superhero characters. Another awesome episode for you guys to listen to!
