An Overview of Litigation

In this episode of Business Law 101, we give an overview of the concept of litigation. Dr. David Schein is an attorney, speaker, and a professor and Associate Dean at the University of St. Thomas. He is the founder and CEO of Claremont Management Group, a consulting firm in Houston, Texas.
