ADAM LERNER - New York City Portrait, Editorial & Automotive Photographer - Episode 33

Camera Shake Photography Podcast - A podcast by Kersten Luts - Thursdays

In this episode, Kersten and Nick hang out online with Adam Lerner, a portrait, editorial and automotive photographer based in New York City, who shoots for magazines, fashion brands, transportation and corporate clients. He is an educator and content creator with his YouTube channel and Photography Podcast ISO 320. Adam's work has been published in publications including Iron and Air, Autoweek, Discovery, GQ, Golf, ESPN, The Scientist, Event Marketer, Fraud and more. He discusses his love for photography, shooting film and all things Leica, as well as his street photography trip to Cuba, his process of making photographs and working during a worldwide pandemic. Adam Lerner grew up on punk rock, and after fulfilling his childhood dream of playing CBGB’s, he toured the country with The Booda Velvets while taking pictures with his dad’s old film camera and his passion for creating music quickly translated into his photography. When he’s not taking pictures, you’ll find him rolling down the road on a vintage BMW motorcycle or buzzing thru the woods on a mountain bike.
