A trek into the hills and between the trees. An experience of body and mind. Belgian based Dj and producer Mike Tohr started his musical adventure back in 2008. As a DJ Mike always tries to create a story, he will take you on a trip of deep-melodic and progressive music. Mike Tohr has played in the best Belgian clubs like Fuse, Ampere, Labyrinth club, Vaag and has played on the famous Diynamic stage at Tomorrowland! Today Mike has already shared the decks with name’s like Stephan Bodzin, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Recondite, Hunter/Game and many more. With a love for nature he often takes his recording equipment with him into the woods. Here he records samples that he uses to create his own unique organic sound. Thanks to a continuous search for improvement, Mike Tohr has released on different international labels such as Einmusika, (Einmusik’s label), Tale & Tone (Lee burridge’s Label), Subjekt, Atmosphere records And many more.
