The GoalSetter app is working to show how financial independence can help close the wealth gap and lead to financial success for the next generation. GoalSetter founder and CEO Tanya Van Court joins CBS News' Errol Barnett to discuss a new initiative called "SOS" or "Save Ourselves" to improve economic mobility for Black Americans.
