Faith Conference Ibadan - Say No To Satan

Celebration Church Int'l - A podcast by Celebration Church

Satan has no legal right over God’s people. However, it is our job to continually trample on him as a believer. Apostle Iren said before we can trample on Satan, we must first see him, Satan, as fallen. He further emphasized that just because we are born again, does not mean we are free from the devil and his strategies. We must actively exercise our authority against him and his cohorts (1 Peter 5:8, Luke 10:19).Two types of authority📝 Legal authority: God has won for us through his victory over the devil.📝 Positional authority: Which deals with who are, and which we have to continually exercise. Jesus emphasized this to Nicodemus in John 3:5-7.As believers, we must understand the power we have on the inside is much more powerful than any problem we would ever face (Ephesians 1:19).Rounding up the sermon, Apostle Iren taught us that when it comes to withstanding the enemy, who you are in Christ is the most important thing.
