Revisiting Laurie Wagner

Chart Your Career - A podcast by Heidi Rose Robbins and Ellen Fondiler - Wednesdays

Heidi is still out of the country on a wonderful family vacation. Ellen re-introduces today's episode- the 2021 interview with writing teacher Laurie Wagner. Laurie is a Bay Area writer and writing teacher whose focus for the last 20 years has been Wild Writing, a super creative, loose writing practice that helps people get out of their heads and into the more intuitive, instinctual sound of their own voice. In 2020 she gave birth to The Wild Family, a large group of people around the world who Wild Write together weekly. She recently made the big decision to stop teaching her live classes- both in person and online. But her Wild Family offerings as well as trips to Nepal and San Miguel de Allende are not going anywhere. Of course, Ellen talks about what she is watching recently: the documentary Blackberry; the movie Showing Up; the first few episodes of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, the first few episodes of And Just Like That; and the season finales of Barry and The Last of Us.
