Have you connected with to inner child? Do you have traumas you wish to be healed from? This episode features AnnaLynne McCord, an actress, writer, director, producer, speaker, and activist, who, in 2014, revealed that she was sexually assaulted when she was 18. Coincidentally, she is known for playing the vixen and roles of darker nature. Through her journey, AnnaLynne became the ambassador of the NO MORE Campaign against domestic violence. She also leads The Love Storm, a movement to end modern day slavery and eradicate human trafficking. AnnaLynne shares with us a huge piece of her, diving deep into inner child and shadow work, narrating to us her life’s turning point: My Family [3:33] “I needed to be seen for who I am not who I was.” Detachment and Grief [19:50] “We’re connected but then we’re not attached.” The Magic of Imagination [25:27] “The creative adult is a child that has survived.” Working with Sexual Trauma [41:08] “When you’re okay to dance with your darkness, you could spend all your time in the light.” Rule about Hurting and Harming [45:50] “It’s okay if I hurt you, I’m not okay harming you.” Introspection and Disillusion [51:30] “I was a completely different person than I had accepted.” The AnnaLynne I saw in the 8-year old boy [1:10:00] “Do unto others as they need you to do unto them.” Perhaps the purpose of your struggle now is to tell your story later and save others from that same experience. AnnaLynne indeed turned darkness into light. So, if you are struggling right now or have any unhealed parts of you, I hope this episode gives you light and love.   Connect with me at: Instagram         @chaselifewithkelly Youtube            ChaseLife with Kelly Facebook          https://www.facebook.com/groups/chaselifetogether/ Website             www.chaselifetogether.com   Connect with AnnaLynne McCord Instagram         @theannalynnemccord Twitter              @IAMannalynnemcc Facebook          The AnnaLynne McCord Website             https://theannalynnemccord.com/ Check out:         www.lovestorm.com   Review this podcast and share to friends!
