Investigators in Washington DC are trying to find out what caused the United States most deadly air crash in more than 20-years. There were no survivors after last night's mid-air collision between an American Airlines passenger jet and a US army black hawk helicopter. The aircraft was carrying 64 people, while three soldiers were aboard the helicopter. US Correspondent Todd Zwilich spoke to Lisa Owen.
