BNZ given the green light to cut ties with Gloriavale

 The Court of Appeal has disposed of an injunction preventing the bank from closing accounts related to Gloriavale's various businesses and entities. Gloriavale now has three months to tidy up its affairs with BNZ. After that, members have said that without bank accounts, the continued existence of the community will be at risk.
