Deepfaked celeb features in Olympic disinformation doco

Russia is targeting this year's Olympics with a disinformation campaign that includes deploying a deepfake Tom Cruise in a documentary taking aim at the Games. According to a new report from Microsoft, a network of Russia-affiliated groups are running "malign influence campaigns" against the International Olympic Committee and the Paris Games.
