Maketu pies brought by NZ's biggest private catering company

The company that went in to solvent liquidation November has been bought by Aotearoa's largest privately owned catering company Montana group. Montana is a school lunch supplier and owns several catering brands including Urban Gourmet. The deal will see Maketu pies brand and trademark placed into a new joint venture that will support young people get qualifications in hospitality and food production. Chief Operating Officer for Montana Group Lizzie Pearson spoke to Lisa Owen.
