Network outage at Auckland Airport delays 18 flights

Hundreds of frustrated passengers had to wait for hours on end, with queues snaking out the door, and many missing their flights. The tech issue has since been resolved, but it's got airlines concerned ahead of the busiest time of year. Amy Williams reports.
