The free open source technology being used by top US officials to communicate highly sensitive information can have up to a thousand people in a single group chat, making it hard to keep track of participants. Trump officials have been caught out after including a journalist in a top tier chat group that included the Vice President and Secretary for Defence. CNN's Karin Caifa spoke to Lisa Owen.
