Plant Based Gabriel is a speaker, chef, organic vegetable farmer, and best-selling author. Gabriel was a starting football player for the University of Nebraska until he suffered a career-ending back injury. Along his journey to healing his back, he was introduced to a plant-based diet. After adopting a whole food plant-based diet Gabriel was able to lose 100 pounds and completely regain his health. Along the way, he became interested in growing his own food and now grows the majority of the food that his family eats including potatoes, sweet potatoes, oats, corn, and beans. Gabriel, his wife Dr. Miller, and their daughter Bridgette are dedicated to helping educate the next generation of plant-based eaters and organic gardeners.
