Laura Marks is an accomplished coach and athlete, and currently serves as the Head Coach at The Vegan Gym. With over 23 years of coaching experience, Laura has worked with athletes of all ages and abilities, from beginners to top-level competitors. Laura is a Certified Sports Performance Coach and Certified Yoga Coach, and is also a competitive athlete in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Crossfit, Figure, and seeking her first Ironman. Her personal journey with fitness and health took off after she overcame an eating disorder that nearly took her life, and she is now on a mission to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. As a vegan athlete herself, Laura is passionate about showing others that it is possible to be strong, confident, and sculpted while following a vegan lifestyle. She graduated from the Vegan Superhero Academy in April 2019 and was so inspired by the program that she decided to come back as a coach. In her coaching practice, Laura focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers her athletes to reach their full potential.
