On this episode Michael talks to Mary Beth Larue, a yoga teacher based in Los Angeles about doing your best, using the practice of yoga in your everyday life and letting go of perfection when you step onto the mat.  Mary Beth is a yoga and meditation teacher as well as a writer, and is the creator of Embodied by Mary Beth Larue. She is guided by her values of connection, embodiment and soulfulness and has shared these all over the world through her teaching during the last decade.  Over the last decade Marybeth has travelled the world teaching professional athletes as well as designing custom yoga programs for rehabilitation centres, homeless shelters , The Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles and partnered with Amazon, Nike, Adidas, Vital Proteins and Merrill Lynch.
