513: Rachel Vineyard on Iridology, Parasites, & Detoxification

When diagnosed with Lyme, Hashimoto's, mold/heavy metal toxicity, every gut issue possible & more after a year of intense trauma, Rachel decided healing wasn't optional. She knew that conventional medicine wasn't the route for her, which led her to work with FMDs, naturopaths, energy healers & others. And though the protocols, special diets & supplements helped her become a functioning human again, they never actually fixed the root cause & even worsened her eating disorder. While in school to become a traditional naturopath, the more she learned about the body the more she realized WHY the approach her practitioners had taken hadn’t been effective.
