9 AM ET: 10 mass shootings, judge on 'hit list', US + SK fire missiles & more

CNN is now reporting at least 10 mass shootings this weekend that left at least 12 people dead and many more wounded - we’ll bring you the details. We’re also learning that the suspect accused of killing a judge in Michigan this weekend apparently had a hit list. At least 28 people are dead after a mass shooting at a church in Nigeria.
