Travelers better check their flights today as hundreds have been delayed or canceled from the winter storm that's caused power outages across the country. Russia is accusing Ukraine of a deadly drone attack on an airbase deep inside the country. Meanwhile, South Korea scrambled fighter jets after it says the North sent drone into its territory.
