Next-generation sequencing (NGS) with Mr. John Sadowski

Mr. Sadowski performed beta testing of the Oxford Nanopore System for HLA sequencing and he walks us through how nanopore sequencing works and names the advantages and disadvantages compared to other sequencing methods.
