EP 11 - What to do in this COVID 19 Panic Mode!

This last few weeks has been chaos around the world, and now that we have cases confirmed all over Canada and especially here in Alberta, I wanted to share some of the tips that W.H.O and our local Alberta Health Services has set out for us to follow! Following these tips will help flatten the curve of spreading the virus and allow us to stay safe and not overrun our hospitals for the ones who actually need to be there and require the hospitalization for being immune compromised.
