Dear Morgan: Episode 2
Coffee & Kettlebells - A podcast by Morgan Kline

It’s been a crazy 365 days. Understatement of the year, right? We’ve been stuck inside, our options have been limited, we can’t travel the way we used to. We have to get creative in how we date our partners all while we’re busy, have kids, observe restrictions, and maintain the everyday grind.Today I'm sharing some of the things that Devan and I do in hopes it'll give you some inspiration and advice for the next time you're planning a date night, or feeling like you're craving some of that connection time with your spouse or partner.Stepping outside the box when it comes to date night is one of the best nuggets of advice I've received recently and it actually came from two marriage counselors, Tony & Alisa DiLorenzo I hosted on the podcast last year. You can listen to the episode here! Shifting from the mindset of "we have to have a babysitter, a night 'off', dinner and a movie on the weekend" in order for it to be a date. Dates can be coffee before the kids wake up. Grabbing lunch together during the workday. If you’re both working from home, carving out the time to sit down together for 30 minutes.Working out together.Plan activities that don’t have to center around technology or watching TV.Did you enjoy listening to this podcast?
