How to Be More Confident with Sarah Herron
Coffee & Kettlebells - A podcast by Morgan Kline

I sit down with Sarah Herron, the founder of SheLift, a female focused community encouraging women with physical differences to cultivate confidence and self-acceptance. Sarah was born missing the lower half of her left arm. From childhood through early adulthood this affected herself self-esteem and discouraged her from participating in things that she really wanted to try. She began to put limiting beliefs on herself and struggled with anxiety and depression. Some of you may know Sarah from appearing on the Bachelor, but I know her as an amazing self-love and self-acceptance advocate. In this episode we talk about the retreat Sarah holds called “A Course in Confidence”. Tune into this episode to get your own special Course in Confidence with Sarah and become inspired and empowered to let go of your negative self talk, let go of your limiting beliefs, and let go of what others think of you. After listening, you will be ready to own who you are with 100% confidence. Highlights: Overcoming negative stories people have told you about yourself Overcoming negative self talk Letting go of limiting beliefs Letting go of your fear of failure Dealing with depression How struggle can be disguised as opportunity How to develop greater self-acceptance Giving yourself grace Protecting your own boundaries Turning insecurities into a super power Loving your body Opening up and sharing your feelings/telling your story Find more from Sarah: Website: sarahherron.com Facebook: sarahherronofficial Instagram: @sarahherron For daily fitness, nutrition and life inspiration, as well as glimpses into my daily life, follow me on Instagram and Facebook! @morgan.a.kline Coffee & Kettlebells Do you have any questions for me?
