Craig and James are back to celebrate the holiday season with you, Nitel and Opex Technologies. First up is Jim Glackin, channel leader with Nitel, the next-gen technology services provider. It's been a big year for the company. The guys dig into the state of aggregation in the channel and have a conversation with Glackin about cost center vs. profit center.
