"I Am" Stress Relief Affirmations I take time each day to find gratitude for the things I have, and this relieves my stress. My mind is calm, and my body is at peace. I do not have to allow negative thoughts into my mind. I will deal with life as it comes; I don’t have to worry about it all right now. I can instead focus on the peace that my life offers. I release all tension from my mind and relax each muscle of my body. I can breathe and fill my lungs with peace because to push out the bad, you need to fill yourself with good. My life is stress-free; I choose to focus on my blessings instead of my todo’s. I am choosing to let go of all of my concerns and have confidence that good things will come. Stress is a choice; I can choose whether or not to allow it into my life. I am able to find peace at any point in my day. I am able to keep a calm mind and body even when doing challenging tasks.
