The Success of a Hybrid Model: A Residential / Commercial Property Investment with Steven Clark

He details the process of finding and acquiring a building in a prominent location near the university, as well as the challenges he faced with the fire system and financing. Despite the hurdles, Steven successfully completed the project and achieved a valuation that allowed him to refinance all of the original investments out. He concludes by discussing the potential for future projects in the student accommodation market and the importance of long-term investments.
