It's a longer podcast, but I hope you'll enjoy it!  Here's the text: Российские власти обсудили внедрение электронных паспортов — впервые эта идея поднималась ещё в 2013 году. Теперь переход на такие документы запланирован на 2021 год, а соответствующий законопроект должен быть создан до конца этого года. По данным источников, такой паспорт будет похож на банковскую карту с чипом и позволит получать государственные и коммерческие услуги.
