The Tui Holiday Advert

I was on holiday when a film crew turned up and started filming. They were filming the next Tui holiday advert. However the reality of what they filmed that day was different to what went on in the hotel every other day. But do you also find yourself in that position from time to time? The thing you visualised being completely different to the actual reality? In this weeks episode I discuss managing your expectations.
