With 2020 being the most challenging year I have ever experienced, never has there been a more critical time to talk about mental health. Tom Derickx is a cracking Aussie lad from country Western Australia; Tom played AFL for both Richmond and Sydney, he's also part of the up and coming music group Kayex. In this conversation, we touch on all those areas of Tom's life, most importantly we talk about his role as an R U OK ambassador and dig into his mental health challenges and how opening up and being vulnerable was the best thing he did.
